2. Why We Use Your Data

We use the data we collect only to operate the service:

  • To provide taxi stand queue management (joining a queue, tracking your position),
  • To start/complete trips and show your trip history,
  • To share your location with stand management during an active trip,
  • To send emergency and operational notifications.

We do not use your data for advertising or marketing, and we do not process it for third-party tracking.

3. Legal Basis for Processing

Your personal data is processed based on the legal grounds of performance of a contract (to provide the service) and compliance with our legal obligations, in accordance with Article 5 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698).

4. Data Sharing

Your data is shared with the authorized managers of the taxi stand you belong to, solely to operate the stand. We do not sell your data or share it for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with competent authorities where required by law.

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active and for any period required by our legal obligations. After these periods, your data is deleted or anonymized.
